Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition Overview
    • The competition is organised by Pennicott Wilderness Journeys
    • The prize is a voucher for a family (2 adults and up to 3 children) to join our Bruny Island or Tasman Island wilderness cruise with Pennicott Wilderness Journeys (the "Prize").
  2. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 or over.
    • Employees of Pennicott Wilderness Journeys, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter
    • To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form with their name, address and phone number.
    • All entries must be submitted by 4pm 26 July 2025.
  4. Prize Details
    • The Prize consists of a Tasman Island or Bruny Island wilderness cruise for a family of 2 adults and up to 3 children (3-16 years).
    • The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
  5. Winner Selection
    • The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received before the entry deadline.
    • The draw will take place on 28 July 2025 and the winner will be notified by phone on the day of the draw.
  6. Claiming the Prize
    • The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the Prize.
  7. Data Protection
    • Personal data provided will be used for the purpose of this competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 
  8. Disqualification
    • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or to be involved in fraudulent activities.
  9. Liability
    • The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of the Prize.
    • The Organiser is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, or damaged due to technical issues or other reasons.
  10. General Terms
    • The Organiser’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
